OUR APPROACH
zenschool connects reflection with the questions people meet in their work and everyday lives.

Begin with what you have experienced and what matters to you.
Listen, reflect and meet perspectives through dialogue.
Bring learning into daily life and see what becomes clearer.
Instead of beginning with a model of what your life should look like, begin with what you have noticed, cared about and experienced. Those details can open more useful questions.
Dialogue gives people room to hear their own thinking and encounter perspectives they may not reach alone. It is a shared inquiry, not a promise that someone else will provide the answer.
Participants can try small steps in daily life or work, notice what happens and return to the conversation. The aim is to learn from experience over time.
Ikigai is not presented here as a universal formula, a career test or a guaranteed outcome. It is a Japanese word that can help open a personal inquiry into meaning and how one wants to live.
