THE PEOPLE BEHIND ZENSCHOOL

A learning community shaped by lived questions.

zenschool grew from its founders' experience of work, change and learning with others. Based in Kamakura, Japan, it creates space to explore questions about how we want to live and work.

From enmono to zenschool

Kouji Miki and Shigeru Utsunomiya established enmono in 2009. Their work supporting manufacturing businesses and new projects led them to questions that tools and business knowledge alone could not answer. zenschool developed as a place to explore those questions through experience and dialogue.

zenschool is operated by enmono Co., Ltd., based in Kamakura, Japan.
